After one missed launch date (sorry!), I figured I’d follow through with the latest posted launch date and actually launch something. What happened, you ask? First my site moved to a new hosting company and I didn’t have the time during the move to relocate all my old content. Then I just didn’t have the time nor energy to put up a new blog. As for the old content, most of it won’t be returning. I will be reposting my gallery at some point down the road, but will be integrating it with wordpress. Other sections may return in some form or another, but I am not going to commit to anything.

What’s new besides the blog? Still working, which is good. One can never complain about that. We’re also moving in the next couple months. The house we’re in is being sold and so it’s time to alley oop and get a new place. I hate moving and I have too much crap I need to dump before we move.  But we had our first warm day on the weekend - alert the media!

Oh, and I’ve been considering filing a restraining order against my cat. The bastard won’t leave me alone. Now that the nice weather has returned, the damn thing has six months worth of pent-up energy and doesn’t know what to fracking do with itself. And it’s not an outside cat, although sometimes I do put it outside just so I can have a few peaceful moments to myself.

Did manage to escape from my cat a few weeks ago and go to Kelowna to visit with my family. I spent the weekend deathly ill from a chest cold. We had our belated Easter dinner in the hotel. We ordered pizza (sorry, Mom!).

Battlestar Galactica has started up it’s new season and I’ve really been enjoying it. Not quite sure on this whole Baltar thing - his character has really slid downhill in the last season. But the rebellion - wow. This could get interesting.

Music wise, been listening to Kathleen Edwards and the latest by Sarah Slean, along with (don’t kill me) C64 remixes. This song led me there and I haven’t returned yet. If I don’t come back soon, send out a search party.

    See, I figured your blog went away for other reasons.

    You may have noticed my posts have gone significantly south since November. Ever since I learned my Revenue Canada Collection Agent was monitoring my life through my blog.

    glad you blog is back up. I am so with you on the Galactica stuff, really liking it and not really sure where they are going with Giaus (I figure at this point its all just about his place in the final mythology). And I am continually surprised by how much I look forward to seeing Tricia Helfer kick ass and play the character that is 6 (yay for starting the cylon civil war!). Also WTF is going on with Boomer voting to lobotamize the raiders? I need to rewatch some of season three where she goes all villainous and stuff.

    So you finally got do a meet with Tori…by that look on your face in the photo with her I can sense you were exploding with joy inside. Good on ya :)
